What payment methods do you accept, and are there any discounts?

We accept bank transfer, cryptocurrency (-10% discount) and card payment (-5% discount) when available. For Bulgaria we also offer cash on delivery. Bank transfer details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

I paid by bank transfer: when will my order be shipped?

We process your transfer as soon as it arrives (usually within 1 business day). You will receive an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. To speed up processing, send us a copy or screenshot of the transfer.

My card payment fails / there is no card option: what can I do?

Card payments are periodically unavailable. You can pay by bank transfer or with cryptocurrency (-10% discount). The bank details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

My order was cancelled but I already sent the transfer: can it be restored?

Yes. Send us the transfer confirmation (copy or screenshot) and your order number, and we will reinstate the order as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Why is my order "on hold" even though I paid?

Bank transfers can take up to 1 business day to arrive, and the order waits until the payment is received. For cash-on-delivery orders in Bulgaria you will get a short confirmation call: this is a normal step. To speed up processing, send us your transfer confirmation.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Write to us with your order number before the order ships and we will cancel or adjust it. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, changes are no longer possible, but you can contact us for assistance.

Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across the European Union with DHL next-business-day delivery (up to 48 hours for islands and remote areas). For Bulgaria we use Econt or PigeonExpress to an office or address. We also ship to most countries outside the EU, with longer delivery times and neutral, discreet packaging.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from the EU (Bulgaria). Within the EU, DHL delivers next business day to all mainland destinations, with no customs processing; for islands and remote areas delivery can take up to 48 hours. International DHL shipments are not dispatched on Fridays so they don't sit in transit over the weekend: we ship them on Monday. For Bulgaria: Econt or PigeonExpress to an office or address.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you receive an automatic email with a tracking number (DHL, Econt or PigeonExpress). If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or write to us with your order number.

My order hasn't arrived: what should I do?

First check the tracking link from your shipping email. If the parcel hasn't moved for more than 2 business days or there is a delivery problem, write to us with your order number and we will check with the courier right away.

How are the products packaged for transport?

Peptides travel in an insulated box with gel ice packs, placed inside neutral outer packaging with no visible branding. No one but you knows what the parcel contains.

Are there customs duties or fees on delivery?

Within the EU there is no customs processing and no extra fees. For countries outside the EU local import rules may apply: the packaging is neutral and the contents are declared discreetly.

What are pre-mixed peptide pens?

Pre-mixed pens are peptides that come ready to use – no mixing and no measuring. Each pen contains a stabilized solution in precise doses, allowing for faster, safer, and more convenient application.

Are pre-mixed peptides as effective as traditional (lyophilized) peptides?

Yes – and often more. Pre-mixed peptides are lab-prepared in sterile conditions, ensuring accurate dosing and minimizing the risk of contamination or error during reconstitution.

Who are pre-mixed peptides for?

They’re ideal for people who value results, convenience, and precision – from athletes and biohackers to those focused on recovery, sleep, fat loss, or general wellness.

How should I store the pens?

Keep pens refrigerated between 2 – 8°C. If traveling, use a cooler bag with an ice pack to maintain temperature.

How long does one pen last?

That depends on the specific peptide and your usage schedule. Most customers use one pen per month with 2 – 4 doses per week.

Are there any side effects?

Mild reactions like slight redness or warmth at the injection site are possible but rare. Always follow proper usage instructions and consult a medical professional if unsure.

Do you have Certificates of Analysis (COA) / lab tests?

Yes. For our main peptides, a COA from an independent laboratory is published on the product page, and we are working on uploading certificates for the rest. In addition, every batch goes through internal quality control on our own equipment: HPLC and Mass Spectrometry analysis for purity, endotoxins and heavy metals. No product reaches you without passing this control: if a batch does not meet our standards, it simply does not go on sale. That is why we stand behind the quality of every pen we ship.

What is included with the pen?

Every pen comes with 10 needles in the box. If you need more, we can ship extra with your next order, and they are also freely available at any pharmacy.

The product looks slightly cloudy or has particles: is it defective?

Slight cloudiness in some peptides (for example HGH Fragment and AOD-9604) is normal after reconstitution and is not a sign of a problem. Visible particles or clumps, however, are not normal: send us a photo and your order number and we will replace the product.

Dosage & Usage

Where can I find dosage information?

Every product page has a dosage chart with the dose per click. Our products are intended for research purposes only and we cannot provide individual usage protocols.

How does the pen click system work?

Each click of the pen dispenses a fixed volume of 0.01 ml of solution. The exact dose per click for every product is listed in the chart on the product page.

Cold Chain & Transport

My package arrived warm / the gel packs melted: is that a problem?

No. Peptides are not that fragile - 1-3 days at room temperature does not affect them. We have run our own studies, and this is also the opinion of world-renowned experts at Janoshik. Put the pen in the fridge now. If you see visible particles or have any doubt: send us a photo and we will replace it.

How do you keep the products cold during transport?

Returns & Refunds

How do I cancel my order / get a refund?

Write to us with your order number before the order ships. Refunds are made by bank transfer: we will ask for your IBAN and the account holder's name.

I received a wrong / missing product: what should I do?

We apologize. Send us a photo and your order number, and we will ship the correct product with priority or refund you.
