I paid by bank transfer: when will my order be shipped?

We process your transfer as soon as it arrives (usually within 1 business day). You will receive an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. To speed up processing, send us a copy or screenshot of the transfer.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from the EU (Bulgaria). Within the EU, DHL delivers next business day to all mainland destinations, with no customs processing; for islands and remote areas delivery can take up to 48 hours. International DHL shipments are not dispatched on Fridays so they don't sit in transit over the weekend: we ship them on Monday. For Bulgaria: Econt or PigeonExpress to an office or address.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you receive an automatic email with a tracking number (DHL, Econt or PigeonExpress). If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or write to us with your order number.

My card payment fails / there is no card option: what can I do?

Card payments are periodically unavailable. You can pay by bank transfer or with cryptocurrency (-10% discount). The bank details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

My package arrived warm / the gel packs melted: is that a problem?

No. Peptides are not that fragile - 1-3 days at room temperature does not affect them. We have run our own studies, and this is also the opinion of world-renowned experts at Janoshik. Put the pen in the fridge now. If you see visible particles or have any doubt: send us a photo and we will replace it.

Do you have Certificates of Analysis (COA) / lab tests?

Yes. For our main peptides, a COA from an independent laboratory is published on the product page, and we are working on uploading certificates for the rest. In addition, every batch goes through internal quality control on our own equipment: HPLC and Mass Spectrometry analysis for purity, endotoxins and heavy metals. No product reaches you without passing this control: if a batch does not meet our standards, it simply does not go on sale. That is why we stand behind the quality of every pen we ship.

How do I cancel my order / get a refund?

Write to us with your order number before the order ships. Refunds are made by bank transfer: we will ask for your IBAN and the account holder's name.

I received a wrong / missing product: what should I do?

We apologize. Send us a photo and your order number, and we will ship the correct product with priority or refund you.
